How to take videos in GORE (and any game)

The most common way to take videos in GORE (and most games) is with a program called FRAPS. You can download it here.

Recommended settings at the Movies tab:

• Video Capture Settings:
  35 fps (type 35 in the box)
  Full-size
  
• Sound Capture Settings:
  Record sound
  Detect best sound input
  
• Other Settings:
  Hide mouse cursor in video

Recommended settings at the FPS tab:

• Benchmarking Hotkey:
  Click on disable
  
• Overlay Hotkey:
  Click on disable

Why 35 fps? makes no sense
and why u write in such big letters?
makes no sense either

It always depends on what video format you will use in the end. SO there is no interpolation

is it safe to download cos every time i click a adfly i get malware :S

I don't think you get a malware. Maybe your anti-virus is mistaken. I have the same problem when I'm downloading from CNET for some reason.
