Modern Warfare 2: Tips & Tricks

Well, mage asked me for some tips, therefore I create this topic. I will mostly write about weapons and perks. I make a list of my personal favorite weapons, and why I like them.
Btw, thomas you can also add some tips you know, always welcome

Let's Start:

Weapons

Assault Rifles

M4A1

The M4A1 was probably my first weapon which I played with, and I still like it. It doesn't have a high recoil and also a nice damage.

SCAR-H

Well the Scar is very strong, stronger that the M4A1, and doesn't have big recoil. Ok, sounds good? Yea but the biggest problem from the weapon is their Mag. It's kinda small (20 bullets I think) and that's why this weapon needs Sleight of Hand (Pro). With this perk the weapon is really nice, also one of my favorites.

ACR

The ACR is my favorite weapon in this game, after the UMP45. It has almost NO (!) recoil, you can just shoot and shoot and you will get a kill. But the problem at the ACR is the damage. You must have Stopping Power on it, otherwise you won't get so much kills.
My ACR class is with FMJ, Scavenger, Stopping Power and Ninja Pro.
(I will explain the perks later)

AK-47

And the last Assault Rifle, for me, is of course the AK-47. I already loved it in Cod4 because of the nice damage.
With Stopping Power and FMJ on, you have to hurt somebody with 2 Bullets and he's probably dead (!).
The only problem here is, you get it on Lvl 70 :L

Well, that was it about the Assault Rifles. What about the Sub Machine Guns ?

UMP45

This Weapon, is the best weapon I've ever seen in a Call of Duty game. You have it already on the first Level and the Damage is sooooooooo fuckin high. The problem is the recoil, but it's not that hard to control the weapon. I play it with Silencer because, you're silent and it feels like the weapons shoots faster. lol
My perks on this Weapon are:
Scavenger or Sleight of Hand , because the reload is a bit long.
Stopping Power or Ice-Blooded
Ninja Pro

Light Machine Guns ?

Lol, I've never played a light machine gun because I don't like them.
You're slow, the reload is sooo long, even with Sleight of Hand.
Maybe they are good if you can play with them, but I can't

Sniper Rifles

Intervention

This is the strongest and best sniper for me in the game. Quick Scoping is so nice with it, it has a pretty good damage and yea. Nothing much to say ^. My perks are:
Sleight Hand Pro (because of faster aiming, most important thing for the sniper, without pro it's pretty useless)
Stopping Power
Ninja Pro, or Steady Aim Pro

Secondary Weapons

These weapons aren't that important, it doesn't matter if you have a shotty or a pistol when you're playing assault or sub machine. The only important thing is, always USE a pistol at snipers. Because weapon changing takes soooo long with a shotgun. But beside that, I <3 Shottys
They are all pretty good, take what you like the most.

Perks

Here I will also only explain the perks, I like the most.

Sleight of Hand
I actually use this perk only at snipers, because of faster aiming. Just hide when you're reloading

Scavenger
Really important Perk, because the weapons in MW2 run out of ammo pretty often.

Bling
I don't use this perk that often, actually only on my ACR when I'm bored. lol Then I use silencer and FMJ or so.

Stopping Power
Very important perk, you're damage with it is alot higher !

Ice-Blooded
For me, its the best perk in the game, because nobody can detect you. You're invisible on UAVs, Harriers, AC130 and even Thermal Sight.

Ninja
It's the second best perk in the game for me, but without PRO it's pretty useless. Normally you're undetectable on heart beat sensors, but with pro, you have silent footsteps (!!). Nobody can ever hear you again

Now I will post my favorite Custom Class:

UMP45, Silencer
Models 1887 Akimbo or Desert Eagle Akimbo
Semtex
2x Stun
Scavenger
Ice-Blooded
Ninja Pro

I just love this Class, with it I get scores like 33 - 3 and so

The fastest way to train to level 70. What I need to use, what perks and weapons? I am level 23 atm, too much played with M4A1 and SCAR-H. Perk using - 1.Sleight of Hand (on PRO now), 2.Stopping Power (also on PRO) and 3.Steady Aim.

Well, I would use different weapons to get their attachments. For example, 10 kills, 25kills and so.
Because for every attachment you earn XP.
Another Way is to just complete the challenges. Just go to Barracks - Challenges and try to complete it

Hmmm, I am using Scar-H with thermal scope and heartbeat, cause it helps me get some kills

Black, what attachments you using on Intervention?

FMJ. And perks: Sleight of Hand, Stopping Power, Ninja Pro.

What you think about ACOG on Intervension?

I am using same perks

Actually pretty good when you can play with it. It's good for quick-scoping and I used it to get the thermal sight.
But I figured out it's pretty usls lol, better use the normal one

I just noticed that I suck with normal one. I'll try again.
