Gore Crashing...

First topic message reminder :

Okay i dont know if you guys have noticed but I havent actually been on Gore since I got my new computer, this is because everytime I attempt to open Gore.exe it loads the background music and set my screen to the right size but gore doesnt actually 'Come up' on the screen, i have tried clicking it ect.. but i dont understand, help?

Vista? Vista is the problem, not Gore

Does work in Vista, but you have to be clever =)
Press escape in Gore to bring up the menu, then press ctrl,alt and enter at the same time, this turns the game into windowed mode and then alt,tab out
You then press crtl,alt and enter again to make it fullscreen =)

It also works by bringing up the console and doing the same process

I Just allowed my Anti virus to run it... like it said on @s7 forums.

Well, about wide screen...

Just press in console, or qhit esc key... Alt+ Enter for wide screen
And after Alt+Enter for back to Full Screen!!

Guys other thing....
The lastest version of avast permit disable the shields protection....
Just right clic in the icon in the task bar
DIsable shields to the next reboot...
And you don't have lag : D

NOD32 has gaming mode that works automatically whenever I run a game, so I don't have lag anyway

NOD32 was good (maybe in 5 years back)

Now all the antivirus can't detect a freaking virus : /

I just have avast, because is the only that clean my pc of viruses : /

I don't know, there haven't been any viruses as long as I have NOD32
Did you use cracked version of it? There is a rumour that they know when someone is using a cracked version and they send them new viruses to figure out how they work

Mage... NOD32 is the problem!!!
I deleted it in 2009 because stoped of detect viruses : /
I had around 3 virus in my pc, after uninstall the NOD32, and I used the avast!
And gotcha
Always detect the virus : D
