I used to have boom logo as my theme, but it made my pc slower at loading so I removed it Sad

How can boom logo theme slow your pc? Whatever theme I choose its always normal speed, I used to have a jurassic park and a star wars theme and when I selected them it was always same speed Neutral

It didn't slow it, but it caused some problems with explorer.exe. I couldn't browse my files. Dunno why.
