You may think that most players in BOOM are quite young, but they have experience from other games.
Take Buck for example; when he joined BOOM he was 13 years old and he had just started playing GORE or played for some months. However, he used to play kumagames dino hunting or something for years and he leaded a clan in there.

Or take me as an example cause I ain't that old either:
I started GORE 4-5 years ago. I just played and tried to become better and better for 3 years. I joined GR on my during me third year after I got invited. Then on my 4th year, I joined some clans for fun (RbW or something and Cash. Writing this, I just noticed that most of those clans members are in boom now [zjav, ticek and zecik ]) and then I created my own clan, BOOM.

Tbh a clan created as a result of boredom can never succeed.

I didn't say all of these to insult you. There is just no reason to waste your time on a clan that will fail.
Hope you take all of these on account, otherwise I'll feel a shame for wasting my time posting this.
